If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your items for exchange or store credit only (excludes sale items). All sale items are sold as final sales, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To return your items for an exchange, items must be received within 30 days from the date item was purchased in its original condition with all original packing and hang tags attached. Please make sure invoice or packing slip is included in your return package. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges - please email us at stephanie@stephaniedcouture.com for complete return mailing address. For size exchanges, simply note new size needed on your invoice.
Stephanie D. Couture is not responsible for the loss or delay of any packages being returned - please use a shipping service that provides tracking for your returns.
